Cancellation Policy

For one-time services, if can- celled at least 24 hours prior to services, deposit will be refunded less $25 or $50 fee (de- pendent upon total cost of services) for the instructors time and missed opportunities. Adjustments to the schedule made via text or email (written form only) within the agreed aforementioned terms will be honored above and beyond this agreement if agreed between both parties at least 24 hours prior to next schedule service. You are allowed an additional month on the calendar to schedule in lieu of holidays, emergencies, or reschedules. Deposits are fully refundable within 24 hours of scheduling. Following the first 24 hours after scheduling and with at least 24 hours prior to originally scheduled date/time of services being rendered 50% will be reimbursed less the $50 fee for the instructors time and missed opportunities. All contracts shall be effective on the date hereof and shall continue until terminated by either party upon 30 days written notice.
